Some things shouldn't go together

Like ball-peen hammers, screwdrivers, and microscopes.

The first two would be much better served striking the head of whatever ingrate spilled solution all over the scope and then DIDN'T WIPE IT UP.

You need one of those fancy condensers with the spill-proof top.

That sounds pretty good. I'll take anything I can get here. This is the same scope where the 20X air objective routinely is slathered in enough oil for a Riviera vacation.

Though, when all else fails, we can just ask Uncle Howard to throw a new one our way.
